Kristin D. McLauchlan
Chairman/CEO
As the company’s founder and visionary, Kristin McLauchlan leads Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices in its efforts to consistently deliver the highest level of service and quality to its families. Under her leadership, the company has emerged as the only North Florida based Multi-Family Office for families with multi-generational wealth. Her primary focus is creating a differentiated offering to the ultra affluent including growth and strategic planning, corporate culture and new services. Kristin’s focus remains on building the company through client relationships and new offerings, with particular emphasis in trust and estate tax strategies, family foundations and overall family wealth planning.
Kristin has been involved in trust and investment services since 1990, when she served as first vice president and trust officer of SunTrust Bank, North Florida. During this time she managed the trust and investment services for the Bank’s most affluent market.
Kristin currently serves on the Ronald McDonald House Board of Directors, and is active with The Bolles School and the Art with A Heart program for children. Ms. McLauchlan holds a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of the Florida Bankers Association’s Graduate Trust School.
Christopher R. “Kip” Zebroski
Managing Director
As the Managing Director of Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices, Christopher “Kip” Zebroski
determines strategic direction of the company’s growth. His role is to determine if there is a fit between prospective clients and Legacy’s strategic philosophy. Kip also serves on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee.
Before joining Legacy to implement an innovative investment platform, Kip started his financial career in Boston with CGM Funds and Cypress Tree Investments. He then moved to Florida to pursue a position as Regional Vice President with Manulife Wood Logan, the institutional arm of Manulife Financial, known domestically as John Hancock. In this position he worked with financial managers across the southeast, developing and implementing investment strategies for their clients. Kip has held the NASD Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
Born in Stamford, CT, Kip is a graduate of Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY with a B.A. in Political Science. Kip currently resides in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife Sarah and their two young sons.
Mary Williams
Director, Relationship Development
As Director, Relationship Development for Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices, Mary Williams is responsible for building relationships with Legacy Trust’s constituents and industry contacts in line with the company’s strategic growth plans. Her primary role is to develop relationships that result in new business by advocating Legacy Trust in the community and at proprietary events.
Before joining Legacy, Mary was with The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, IL as a Vice President since 1992. During this time she served as a wealth strategist in Personal Financial Services developing and implementing investment solutions for their clients. Mary began her career at Sun Trust Bank in the Trust and Investment Services area providing investment and trust services to the bank’s high net worth client base.
Mary is a graduate of Sweet Briar College in Sweet Briar, VA with a BA in International affairs. Mary holds the NASD Series 6 and 63 and is a graduate of the Florida Bankers Association’s Graduate Trust School.
